Thank you for visiting our website. CSEM respects your right to privacy when you use our website and communicate electronically with us. This eRecruiting Privacy Notice (hereafter “Privacy Notice”) describes the types of personal information which CSEM may collect, how we may use that information, with whom we may share this information, and how you can revise or delete your data.

We only store data which you voluntarily provide to us and is relevant to our recruitment process; this includes in particular:

You may revise or permanently delete your candidate profile at any time. In case of file deletion, a notification with your last name solely will be sent to our HR department before being permanently deleted.

Your data will be stored in our applicants pool for a period of two years from the time of registration, respectively your last connection to our eRecruiting services. During this time, we may use this data to find you other suitable positions within CSEM. If you do not wish to be considered for future employment opportunities, we will delete your personal data at your request.

Your data will be solely used for recruitment, employment and related purposes. As part of the recruitment process, your data will be managed by the HR department and shared with the CSEM professionals involved in the recruitment process. Your data are hosted in Switzerland, in CSEM’s servers, and will not be transferred to any third party. We give access to our data to our IT-IS service providers, Uditis SA and Saphire SA, both located in Switzerland, when necessary for the execution of our IT service agreements. CSEM takes all necessary measures to keep all your data secure. Your data is stored and processed in accordance with Swiss and EU data protection laws.
